CARES Act | Expedited SBA Loans and Forgiveness Interest Form

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, or CARES Act, has been passed by Congress. The act provides emergency assistance and health care response for individuals, families, and businesses affected by the 2020 coronavirus pandemic.

As part of the act, businesses could receive a maximum of 2.5 months of payroll costs, with the possibility of the loan being deferred and ultimately forgiven. Rose Financial Solutions (RFS) has created an expedited Small Business Administration (SBA) “forgivable” loan package.

To be eligible, you must have been in business with less than 500 employee on February 15, 2020.
